Developed a rooftop PV offer for commercial and industrial buildings, based on an initial survey to 120 industrial companies
Prepared a tool to calculate financial returns on each project depending on specific parameters of the building and evaluate project feasibility
Set up a delivery model with preferred suppliers from project design to EPC / operations/ maintenance
Put in place a template of contractual framework (involving the owner of the building and the consumer of the energy) to allow/ accelerate replicability of the projects
Raised 10 M euros fund to finance the initial projects
